Three Coastal Decorating Tips for Chase Allen’s Handcrafted Sculptures

 

1.  Group/school the coastal sculptures in odd numbers….never even!

2.  Play with the spacing of the sculptures and adjust for the wall space that you are using.  These nautical sculptures can be spaced out to help fit the wall so use this to your advantage.  Start the school in a tight pattern and space them outward to match space available.

3.  Mix up the species.  Note that the mermaid sculpture looks awesome with the fish art swimming in the same direction.  Here is an exception to tip #1 because you are mixing the species!

Handcrafted Sailfish Sculpture Painted for Cathleen Trask Interiors!

 

Last week we showed a photograph of this 5′ sailfish art before it was painted.  Scroll down the page further to see that image.  This nautical decoration was commissioned by Cathleen Trask of Cathleen Trask Interiors.  Look how great it turned out!  The picture below shows the sailfish sculpture after the paint has been applied, the rustic finish looks exquisite.

Yellow Mermaid with Red Hair headed to Hilton Head Island, SC!

Photographed below is one of coastal sculptor Chase Allen’s famous mermaid designs. This red headed sculpture is on it’s way to Hilton Head Island, SC.

 

The mermaid sculpture photographed below is hand-crafted out of metal by coastal artist Chase Allen on Daufuskie Island, South Carolina. 

It has been purchased by Ali Weisenbach as a gift for her parents beach house on Hilton Head Island, SC.
